Instant Potato Dumplings image

A quick and easy way to make potato dumplings using "Instant Potatoes".

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 C. instant potato buds
1 C. hot water
1 Egg
1 C. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 Tbs. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt

Steps:

  • Mix potato buds with hot water. Add egg and beat well. Beat flour, salt and parsley into mixture until smooth. Form into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Drop into boiling salted water and cook covered for 15 minutes.
