Insanely Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread image

If you love banana bread and chocolate, you'll love this. It never lasts long in my house! If you use chocolate chips, you may want to try using mini chips, because regular chips tend to sink to the bottom of the loaf pan - which still turns out well because it forms an extra gooey layer of chocolaty goodness on the bottom. But if you want the chips more evenly dispersed, then mini is the way to go.
