INDONESIAN SPICY FRIED RICE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 Cups of cooked rice (already in a room temprature)
4 tbs of cooking oil
5 red chilli
2 birds eye chilli
5 tbs Indonesian soy sauce
1 tsp salt
3 shallots
1 tbs of brown sugar
2 garlic
1/4 part from 1 tomato
4 kaffir lime leaves (finely chopped)

Steps:

  • 1.put red chillies,bird eye chillies,shallots,brown sugar,garlic and tomato on a grinder or food processor. Pulse until everthing well combined but not too smooth. Put that off. 2.heat the oil on a wok,put in the processed ingredients inside and stir until you can smell a good fragrance coming out. Add a half of chopped Kaffir lime leaves. 3.Add the rice inside and stir in until the rice started to become red because of the chillies.Low the heat,add the salt and Soy Sauce inside.Stir again and add the other chopped Kaffir Lime leaves. Now on this stage you can adjust the flavour. 4.Turn off the heat,and serve.
