I've never liked the taste of bananas, but this bread is incredible! I got the recipe from my sister-in-law, and decided to make it for my boyfriend as a treat. He loved it! It's become a favourite with my friends, and everyone asks me to make it. In the words of my little brother - it's the most delicious thing I've ever tasted!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius. Use butter to grease up a loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients into separate bowls.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the walnut pieces and chocolate chips. Some people use one or the other, but I like to use both to make this bread extra delicious.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- NOTE: I find that with some ovens, this is not enough time to bake the bread thoroughly. What I usually do is pour the batter into two loaf pans and reduce the time, or I bake the bread until it no longer "jiggles" when I shake the pan gently. This usually takes about 1-1/2 hours. Watch it carefully as it bakes! It's worth the time.
