Impossibly Easy Taco Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 envelope (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped green chili, drained
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 Original Bisquick®
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack-Colby cheese (4 ounces)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400°. Spray pie plate, 10 1 1/2 inches, with cooking spray. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown drain.2. Stir taco seasoning mix (dry) into beef. Spread beef mixture in pie plate. Top with chiles. Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix in small bowl with fork until blended pour into pie plate.3. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
