- 1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic in margarine 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender. Stir in spinach. Layer spinach mixture and cottage cheese in pie plate.2. Stir Bisquick, milk, lemon juice, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and nutmeg.3. Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
