IMPOSSIBLY EASY SALMON PUFF PIE image

1 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
4 eggs
2 cans (6 oz) boneless skinless salmon, drained, flaked
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Havarti or Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk together Bisquick, milk, sourcream, dill and eggs. Gently stir in salmon and cheese. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
