Impossibly Easy Salmon-Asparagus Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces (2 cups)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 ounces)
1 pound skinless boneless pink salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Sprinkle asparagus, onions, 3/4 cup of the cheese and the salmon in pie plate.2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
