2-3 CUPS CHOPPED RHUBARB, I USE THE FROZEN
1 CUP SUGAR
3/4 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP BISQUICK
2 EGGS
2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER, MELTED
1 TES. CINNAMON
1/4 TSP. NUTMEG
STREUSEL TOPPING ~
1/2 CUP BISQUICK
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
2 TBL. FIRM BUTTER
MIX TOGETHER GENTLY. PLACE ON TOP OF CAKE EVENLY.

Steps:

  • ARRANGE RHUBARB IN A GREASED 9 INCH PIE PLATE.
  • MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER TOP.
  • SPRINKLE EVENLY WITH STREUSEL TOPPING.
  • BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 40 MIN. OR UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
