Herb and Garlic Spice Mix, Dad's image

Dad says to rub this over the surface of the meat or fish and let stand at room temperature about 30 min before grilling. It is good on darn near anything!

2 tablespoon(s) minced fresh oregano (or 2 teaspoons dried crumbled oregano)
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) minced fresh rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried rosemary)
1 tablespoon(s) minced or pressed garlic
1 tablespoon(s) dried beef bouillon base, optional
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt, or to taste
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1 teaspoon(s) ground cayenne pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine well.
