Imitation Crab Salad or Casserole image

This tastes good cold or warm. Make it to suit your preference. We like it with lots of chopped celery which gives it a nice crunch.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
1-2 c celery, diced
1/2-1 c onion, diced
2 c cooked rice or pasta
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1-1 1/2 c shredded cheese (for casserole)

Steps:

  • 1. For crab salad combine all ingredients, except for cheese. Chill for a few hours.
  • 2. For casserole, combine all but cheese. Put into greased baking dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes.
