Steps:
- 1. Gather and prep all ingredients.
- 2. In a medium size bowl, mix together well, mayonnaise (I recommend Duke's brand,) Old Bay seasoning, Lawry's seasoned salt, dill weed, minced shallot and grated carrot.
- 3. Add diced dill pickle and celery; mix well.
- 4. Chop imitation crabmeat into small bite-size pieces (or shred if you prefer.)
- 5. Add crabmeat to ingredients in bowl; mix well to combine.
- 6. Add capers and gently fold into mixture. Cover and refrigerate until served.
