ICED RHUBARB TEA RECIPE image

1 cup or rhubarb stalks, chopped
1 tbsp organic sugar or equivalent stevia (double for sweet tea)
1 cup of water

Steps:

  • Place the rhubarb and the water in a small pan and cover it. Bring it to a boil, turn it down and simmer very gently for about 30 minutes, adding more water if necessary. Remove from heat. Strain the rhubarb from the water, allowing the water to drain into a glass or glass jar. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Refrigerate until cold.
