A refreshing pick-me-up! You don't need to visit a coffee shop for this refreshing coffee drink.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 cups ground coffee
12 cups water
Sugar, if desired
Whipping (heavy) cream, if desired

Steps:

  • Prepare medium-strength coffee, using 1 cup of the ground coffee and 6 cups of the water; cool.
  • Pour into 3 to 4 ice-cube trays; freeze at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Prepare medium-strength coffee, using remaining 1 cup ground coffee and 6 cups water. Place coffee cubes in pitcher; pour coffee into pitcher. Serve with sugar and cream.
