ICE CREAM TORTILLA CUPS image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 cup butter, melted
6 (7-inch) flour tortillas
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Strawberry ice cream or flavor of your choice

Steps:

  • Brush butter on one side of each of the tortillas. Combine the sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over tortillas. Press each tortilla sugar side up into a greased muffin cup. Bake at 400 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Gently separate edges. Place scoop of ice cream in each tortilla.
