Ice Cream Pail Bran Muffins Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 C. Oil
1 C. Sugar
2 C. Milk
2 C. Flour
1 C. Bran
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 C. Raisins

Steps:

  • Beat eggs, add oil and milk. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix only until blended. Add Raisins. Bake 400 deg. for 15 minutes.
