Ice Cream Cone Sundae Fudge image

This is a great way to serve this treat at your holiday party or buffet. It's easy and has all the taste of a Fudge Sundae in a Sugar Cone. So good. Great recipe for Valentine's Day too! (And Colleen you can even put these on a stick if you like.LOL) Recipe and photo by Eagle Brand.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup(s) bittersweet chocolate chips
14 ounce(s) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
1 dash(es) kosher salt
1 cup(s) unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped
3/4 cup(s) coarsely chopped or broken sugar ice cream cones
3/4 cup(s) white baking chips
1/2 cup(s) very well drained chopped maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Coat foil with cooking spray. --- Combine chocolates, and milk in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until chocolates are melted and mixture in smooth when stirred. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes.
  • Stir in peanuts, sugar cone pieces, white chocolate and cherries until thoroughly blended. Spread in prepared pan. Cover and chill 3 hours or until firm.
  • Remove fudge from pan -lifting by foil. Peel off foil. Cut into 1-inch pieces or size you choose.
