Love how easy this is and you can have fresh rolls any time.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 egg
1 c butter
1 c cold water
1 1/2 tsp salt
6-7 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
1 c hot water
2 pkg yeast

Steps:

  • 1. Beat egg until thick
  • 2. Beat in sugar
  • 3. add butter melted in hot water
  • 4. add cold water
  • 5. when luke warm, add yeast and salt.
  • 6. add flour
  • 7. beat well, cover tightly refrigerate
  • 8. as dough is needed,pinch off enough to make rolls. Let rise. bake at 425 for 12 to 15 min. until tops or golden brown.
  • 9. dough should be good for 6 days
