Steps:
- 1. Mix together cake mix with strawberry jello mix, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup oil and egg whites. Bake in two 9" greased/floured cake pans for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- 2. Allow cake layers to cool.
- 3. For icing combine juice from strawberries, powdered sugar and butter. Cream together until well blended and creamy - spread on layers of cake, top and sides. Ready to serve
