Steps:
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream and butter together. Add flour and blend to make a dough. Place in a greased, covered dish and refrigerate for approx 1 hour (while preparing filling). Dough must be not too sticky and not too stiff to handle. Preheat oven to 375'. Mix next 5 ingredients (nuts, 2 egg whites, sugar, milk and lemon rind) together, until blended. Roll out dough on a floured surface to approx 1/8" thick. Cut dough into 3 square inch pieces. Put about 1 Tbs of filling into one corner of each square. Roll the dough from the corner with filling inside to form a crescent shape. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and brush with remaining egg white. Bake for 20 minutes. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
