Steps:
- Combine cornstarch and water; stir until smooth. Add pork and stir with fork to completely coat each piece of meat. Heat 2 T sesame oil over medium high heat in a wok. Add pork mixture; stir fry 3 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Remove pork; set aside. Heat remaining 1 T oil and add zucchini, stir-frying 1 minute; add onion and continue stir-frying 2 more minutes or until tender. Return pork to wok; add hunan sauce (or hoisen sauce and red pepper flakes) and sesame seeds. Stir fry until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot basmati rice,
