Humpty Dumpty Apple Pie image

Who says you can't dump a bunch of stuff into a pie shell and have it come out just right? Try it you'll like it!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) 21 oz. apple pie filling with cinnamon
1 - 10 oz. graham cracker crust
1 package(s) 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup(s) sour cream
4 package(s) (.74 oz) instant spiced cider mix
1 3/4 cup(s) whipped topping
1 package(s) (1.5 oz.) crunchy granola bars, crushed

Steps:

  • Pour pie filling into the crust. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Beat in the sour cream, and cider mix until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Pour over pie filling. chill until set. Just before serving, sprinkle with granola. Enjoy!
