HUMMUS WITH JALAPENO & GARLIC image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 can garbanzo beans
1 fresh jalapeno pepper
4 or 5 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil

Steps:

  • Drain & rinse garbanzo beans. Cut jalapeno in 4 pieces, with seeds. Peel garlic cloves. In food processor, pulse jalapeno & garlic to chop. Add garbanzo beans and process a few seconds. Add olive oil & process until desired consistancy.
