Hot Toddy image

Brandy or Scotch also work well in a hot toddy, but the vanilla sweetness of good bourbon was our favorite-this time, at least.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 oz. (2 tablespoons) bourbon (we recommend Angel's Envy Port-Finished Bourbon)
1 Tbsp. mild honey
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
ΒΌ cup boiling-hot water

Steps:

  • Put bourbon, honey, and lemon juice in a 6-ounce mug. Top off with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved.
