HOT PEPPER CHEESEBALL image

Number Of Ingredients 5

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 c Robert Rothschild Hot Pepper Peach or Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves
1 T onion, chopped
1 T jalapeno, chopped
As needed Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, or favorite shredded cheese

Steps:

  • Cream together well and chill for 1 hour. Form into a ball and roll ball in shredded Monterey Jack cheese. (Ball will be entirely covered with the shredded cheese.) Keep chilled until ready to use. Can be made up to 48 hours ahead.
