HOT OFF THE GRILL POTATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 11

a. 3tb butter
b. 5 medium potatoes
c. 1/4 cup chopped green onions
d. 2tb grated Parmesan
e. 1/4tsp salt
f. 1/4tsp paprika
g. 1/4tsp ground pepper
h. 3 slices bacon crisp cooked, drained, crumbled
i. 2tb parsley
j. 2tb dill
k. 2tb chives

Steps:

  • 1. Grease 48x18 inch foil folded in half (24x18in) with 1tb butter. 2. Thinly slice unpeeled potatoes, sprinkle with c-f. 3 . Fold w/ double fold, leave space for steam to build 4. In charcoal grill, grill 30-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. For gas, preheat, then use medium heat. 5. Before serving, sprinkle with h-k.
