Steps:
- 1. Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and slice 2. Dice the bacon, fry in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring often until almost crisp. 3. Add the chopped onion and continue stirring until onion is cooked and turns slightly golden brown. 4. Add mixed dressing ingredients, heat and stir until mixture boils and sugar is dissolved. 5. Add the sliced potatoes, mix everything together well 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Continue cooking stirring frequently, for at least 10 minutes or until the potatos have absorbed all the liquid and are heated through. 8. Continue heating for another 5-10 minutes. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors blend completely.
