Hot Crawfish Dip image

1 bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
3 clove garlic
1 stick unsalted butter
1 pkg thawed crawfish tails
1 jar(s) pimento
2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
1 pkg cream cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Dice the bell pepper, green onion and garlic. Saute in butter in a dutch oven. Once vegetables are soft, add crawfish tails and its juice, pimento and seasoning.
  • 2. Once thoroughly mixed, add cream cheese. Serve with crusty bread.
