Recipe from a co-worker. I've made many times over the years and tweaked to my personal taste. Can be made with either Ranch or Italian dressing mix depending on your preference. I like it both ways to mix it up since I make these so frequently. Another option is to cook the wings on the grill for 30 minutes instead of deep frying. Either way they get a nice crispy skin. If you like the flavor but it's too much heat simply tone down by increasing the butter.

Steps:
- Fry chicken wings in deep fryer at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan then add remaining ingredients to make sauce.
- Place cooked wings in a large bowl and toss with warm hot sauce.
- Serve immediately.
