Steps:
- Saute ginger and garlic till light brown. Add the chopped vegetables and saute in high flame. pour water and simmer the vegetables.
- Add red chilly sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, Chilli paste and mushrooms. Add salt and white pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.
- Make a slurry with corn flour mixing with half cup water. Pour the slurry and simmer the soup till thicken. Sprinkle some chopped spring onions and remove the soup to serve hot
