How to make Horseradish-Dijon Crusted Salmon

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Lightly grease baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and brush each with Dijon mustard.
- In mixing bowl, combine next 8 ingredients together (bread crumbs through black pepper)
- Divide mixture over the top of 4 fillets and press down with the palm of hand to adhere.
- Bake 10 minutes, turn oven to broil and cook another few minutes until the tops brown.
- Divide salmon among 4 plates and top with warm Velvet Lemon-Thyme Sauce.
