Horseradish Crust Pork Tenderloin w Comeback Sauce image

PORK TENDERLOIN
1/2 c olive oil
2 green onions chopped
3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
salt and pepper
1 lb pork tenderloin
COMEBACK SAUCE
2 Tbsp minced onion
2 clove garlic minced
1 c mayo
1/2 c olive oil
1/3 c chili sauce
1/4 c ketchup
1 Tbsp each worcestershire sauce and prepared mustard
1/2 tsp paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all the comeback ingredients together and let set in fridge until ready to use.
  • 2. Mix the pork tenderloin with all the ingredients and place in a zip lock bag. Marinate the pork tenderloin for at least 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven 425 degrees.
  • 3. Remove the Pork tenderloin on a baking sheet. Rub the horseradish marinade on the outside of the pork. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes.
  • 4. Serve with comeback sauce
