Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, horseradish, mustard, tomato sauce, and salt. Mix well and form into 4 patties. Place in a large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat to desired doneness, 3 to 4 minutes a side for medium-rare, 6 minutes if you prefer your burgers well-done (but dry!).
