HONEY SOY BROILED SALMON image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound center-cut salmon
1 green onion, minced
2 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS white vinegar
1 TBS honey
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger (or 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried)
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Place salmon, skin side down, in a foil-lined baking dish. In medium bowl, whisk onion, soy, vinegar, honey and ginger until honey dissolves. Baste salmon with half the sauce. Let rest to marinate for 10 min. Broil salmon 8-10 minutes. Flake with fork to see if done. Baste with remaining sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice and salad.
