- Place broccoli in a wok with a bit of water. Cook until tender. Remove from pan. Make sauce - in a small bowl combine honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites and cornstarch. Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper and add to egg white mixture. Toss to coat. Heat one tablespoon oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add half of the chicken, stirring occasionally, until golden and opaque throughout - about 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Repeat with remaining tablespoon of oil and rest of chicken. Return all chicken to wok, add sauce and green onions. Add broccoli or serve on the side. Serve with rice.
