Honey Roasted Meatloaf? image

this new meatloaf recipe you gonna try it buzzing and sweet,it filled with honey mustard and crushed honey roasted peanuts,it will be delicious.

1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 vidalia sweet onion,peeled and diced
2 tablespoon(s) honey mustard
2 cup(s) crushed honey roasted peanuts,divided
2 pound(s) lean ground beef
1 cup(s) rolled oats
2 egg whites
2 teaspoon(s) steak seasoning
1/2 cup(s) honey
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
GLAZE
1 cup(s) honey mustard
1/2 cup(s) red pepper jelly
3/4 cup(s) heavy cream

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add diced vidalia onion and saute for 10 minutes,or until softened.Stir in honey mustard.Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed honey roasted peanuts.
  • In a large bowl,combine ground beef,rolled oats,egg whites,remaining crushed honey roasted peanuts,steak seasoning,honey,garlic powder and sauteed diced onion;mix together until combined.
  • Place beef mixture in a prepared loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • For the glaze:in a medium bowl combine honey mustard, red pepper jelly and heavy cream,whisk together until blended.
  • Take the meatloaf out of the oven,spread the glaze on the meatloaf.Return it to the oven for 30 minutes.
  • After that,remove the meatloaf from the oven.Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with the glaze.Serve warm.
