- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add diced vidalia onion and saute for 10 minutes,or until softened.Stir in honey mustard.Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed honey roasted peanuts.
- In a large bowl,combine ground beef,rolled oats,egg whites,remaining crushed honey roasted peanuts,steak seasoning,honey,garlic powder and sauteed diced onion;mix together until combined.
- Place beef mixture in a prepared loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- For the glaze:in a medium bowl combine honey mustard, red pepper jelly and heavy cream,whisk together until blended.
- Take the meatloaf out of the oven,spread the glaze on the meatloaf.Return it to the oven for 30 minutes.
- After that,remove the meatloaf from the oven.Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with the glaze.Serve warm.
