Honey Ritz Cracker Sandwiches image

A bit sweet, a touch salty and very fabulous! These are so simple to make, even a novice cook can make 'em (hint, easy cookie swap recipe). The creamy peanut butter and honey filling with the crunchy cracker is pretty tasty. The chocolate coating adds a final touch of sweetness. Yummy!

1 box Ritz crackers
3/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c honey
1 pkg almond bark chocolate or vanilla
1 jar(s) holiday sprinkles

Steps:

  • 1. Mix creamy peanut butter, honey together until smooth (by hand).
  • 2. Put peanut butter on the Ritz crackers and make a peanut butter sandwich
  • 3. Melt almond bark in microwave, one minute, then 30-second intervals until smooth. Quickly dip the peanut butter sandwiches into the almond bark, add holiday sprinkles. Let dry on aluminum foil until dry.
