Steps:
- 1. Place one Tablespoon of oil in saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook stirring frequently until browned and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Pour in cider vinegar and stir well to loosen bits on bottom of pan.
- 3. Pour entire contents into blender. Add remaining oil. Blend on high for two minutes until well blended. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
