Honey-Nut Graham Chews image

Crushed graham crackers and honey-roasted peanuts are stirred into melted marshmallows and honey, chilled and cut into squares for an easy treat.

30 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
20 graham crackers, coarsely crushed (about 5 cups)
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Honey Roasted Peanuts

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil. Lightly grease foil; set aside.
  • Place marshmallows, butter and honey in large saucepan; cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, crushed grahams and peanuts; mix well.
  • Press mixture firmly into prepared pan; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
