HONEY-MUSTARD SALMON
Steps:
- Heat over to 350 degrees, Spray approximately l-lb salmon fillet with nonfat cooking spray and place on Baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle salmon with ¼ tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Mix l tbs honey tbs mustard. 1 tbs brown sugar and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice in a bowl. Drizzle mixture over top of salmon. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
