HONEY HERBED CORNISH HENS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 Cornish Hens
4 tbl olive oil
4 tbl lemon juice
4 tbl honey
4 teaspoon thyme - chopped
4 teaspoon fresh oregeno - chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Brush pan with oil Preheat oven to 400 Wisk all ingredients. Put hens skin down, use 1/2 mix and bake for 30 minutes flip hens use remaining 1/2 mix and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes
