- Mix dressing and honey until blended. Toss shrimp with cornstarch. If necessary, shake shrimp gently to remove excess cornstarch.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 2 min. or until bottoms are lightly browned. Turn shrimp; cook 1 min. more. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add dressing mixture; stir. Bring to boil; cook 2 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- Serve over rice.
