- Heat honey and milk in double boiler.
- Beat eggs and salt until thick.
- Add hot milk to yolks and return to boiler to finish cooking.
- When mixture coats silver spoon, remove from heat.
- Add vanilla and spices if desired.
- Chill before serving.
