- Combine everything but the tenderloins in a small bowl and mix well. Add tenderloins and marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Lightly season tenderloins with salt and pepper. Grill the tenderloins, browning on all sides first, then grill over medium to low heat until meat thermometer reaches 165 to 160 degrees. Cover and let rest 7 to 10 minutes.
