1 1/2 C GROUND HONEY BAKED HAM
1/2 C BACON, COOKED CRISP
1 C SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 C SHREDDED COJACK CHEESE
1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
1 JAR (2 1/2 OZ) SLICED MUSHROOMS
2 C MILK
4 EGGS, BEATEN (OR 1 C EGG SUBSTITUTE)
1/2 C BISCUIT BAKING MIX
1/4 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP PEPPER

Steps:

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. IN BOTTOM OF GREASED 9" PIE PAN, LAYER HAM BACON, CHEESES, ONION & MUSHROOMS. IN MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE MILK, EGGS, BISCUIT MIX, SALT & PEPPER; BEAT WELL. POUR OVER HAM MIXTURE. BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES; REDUCE TEMPERATURE TO 350 AND COOK FOR 40 - 45 MINUTES. SERVE WITH MARINATED VEGETABLES SALAD & MUFFINS.
