Steps:
- 1. Add onion to skillet; cook until translucent or until fork tender. Set aside.
- 2. Meanwhile in a med skillet pour flour in pan on med high heat; stirring constantly, until the flour is a brown color.
- 3. Lower heat then, add water stirring fast to avoid lumps.
- 4. Return onion to gravy mixture and cook until favors combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
