Steps:
- Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add yolks to evaporated milk and sugar.
- Blend in whites and vanilla extract. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to the "fill" line with whole milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer by manufacturer's directions.
