Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the dried fruit and stir well.
- Spread mixture on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. (I find 20 to 25 mins is best)
- Remove granola from the oven and cool completely.
- Once granola is cool, mix in the dried fruit.
