Homemade Cajun Seasoning is a tasty, versatile blend that is made of common spices you probably already have on hand! Great on meats, pasta, and vegetables.

2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp dried marjoram

Steps:

  • Instructions for Italian seasoning: In a food processor, combine basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Instructions for Cajun seasoning: In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Or, combine in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine. Store covered at room temperature.
